Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order from track order. You can enter the Tracking Number that you received via email and you will know about the shipping status of your order.

Why can't I complete my order?

Please check if you have fulfilled all the information related to the payment method you chose. If you chose to pay by Credit Card, please refer to your Credit Card provider in the first instance.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order could have been cancelled for a variety of reasons. For example, if a product is out of stock, or if the delivery or billing address is incorrect. When an order is fulfilled, most of the time, it is cancelled due to a sudden lack of products. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place it.

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

When you're not wearing your jewelry, keep it in the pouch. This helps to keep your jewelry from scratching and maintain their color. To keep your piece looking its best, use the polishing cloth to gently massage the surface. When applying perfumes, lotions, and sprays, going to swim or exercise, please remove your jewelry.

Do fabric cords and bracelets require any sort of special care?

Fabric cords and bracelets should be kept out of contact with water, spa water, soap, cosmetics, perfumes, detergents, chlorine, and other similar things that could fade the color or cause the fabric to deteriorate to the disadvantage of the object itself. It's also a good idea to avoid putting fabric components under too much stress, which could cause them to break, by straining them or adding additional charms that they weren't designed for.
