30 Day Return/Exchange Policy
O LÀ MAISON is responsible for the refund, postage fees, and replacement fees for return if you receive the wrong or broken items (items are damaged, scratched, missing parts). The 30 day return policy begins at the date of purchase. To shorten our processing time, please take pictures as soon as possible after unpacking the package, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in the original condition in which you received them.
Please contact us to request a return authorization and the return instructions within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return/Refund Service Procedure
Please contact our customer service team, and attach clear photos of the items representing a quality issue.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control, and it may take up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be transferred back to your account used during checkout. The timing of the refund could vary according to your Banking/Credit Card institution.
Return address (only for receiving return items): please contact us within 48 hours for the return address.
Our 30 days return policy does NOT cover the following reasons, and we are not liable for these issues:
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
Products exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your O LÀ MAISON product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
Items returned without authorization from O LÀ MAISON customer service.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order is submitted, we will immediately begin the production & shipping process. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
